People are usually most inspired in themselves when they are personally fulfilled and fulfilling something that they enjoy doing, something that’s important to them. This may be leading a country, running a company, advancing a global idea, leading a team, creating a family, landscaping a garden, building a house, carving out wood for a table, trading the financial markets, walking in the park, reading a book, starting a business, etc: whatever it is, people deep down want to do what it is that they enjoy and is important to them.
When people produce a life that closely resembles who they are in their core, and exemplifies what they truly want to do, then they are in the flow and they will be inspired. When you have more people like that in businesses and leadership positions, the more likely it is that the businesses and the people in them will grow and thrive, sustainably.
